Lou was the nicest guy. Took a couple years to settle but he kept me updated the whole time. I was surprised a year after settlement he called and said he got another sum of money for me. The other lawyer literally said during our meeting that lou was the only lawyer the ins company would have bowed down to. They were afraid to go to court against him. Haah also got them to buy me dinner during our disclosure? It was years ago and I'm forgetful. 100% a good guy.

Joke of a company ran by a sociopath old lady who doesn't know her head from her ass. The place is a revolving door of staff that never studied law, and don't want to be there. Training of staff is non existent.

I sustained injuries from a car accident where I was not at fault. Lou Ferro & Company took care of me from the very first day I met them. This has been a long tough journey for me but with Lou Justin Ellen and the always welcoming staff at Ferro Co. by my side I made it through. They were always there to wipe away my tears and help me to stay focused. I never ran into one person in this firm who wasn't willing to fight on my behalf. I have a soft spot for Lou because of the time effort and dedication he personally put into my case. Lou is a knowledgeable man and because of his knowledge and expertise I came out on top. There were many times I felt like giving up but Lou and his kind words kept me going! I was scared and knew nothing going into this but his staff helped me a lot. He knows his stuff and anytime we met he got right into things with me and listened. A special thanks to Lou and Mrs. Ferro. I talked to some other helpful people at their office and especially Justin helped me understand a lot of what was happening. I walked away with money to help my family. I have two kids and being able to help them through school is a blessing. They went through a lot when I couldn't work and now I feel like I can make up for some of that. The people there understood and cared. I would strongly recommend them.

Very misleading. Will fight to the bitter end on his behalf with stall tactics. Not to be trusted. Have nothing to do with him for your own sake. I would like to speak with other clients.

Very good lawyer but Very very bad office operations. if he is willing to take your case and do it himself then your lucky to have him. otherwise NO. Office communication is bad. Lawyer communication is good if you are lucky to get a hold of him. Mostly there is a lot of trouble. I wish he improves.
