When I started with Gerald he was new to being a lawyer may be a few years in. He was excellent and got me a good amount for years. I still think he is the same man from so many years ago. And from a second marriage another bad choice I give up. I hope he will be kind and understanding. I just want mine to be fair and not what my husband wants to do is throw me under the bus, please help like before Gerald....

Don't waste your time and money going in for a consultation with this lawyer. He doesn't respond to emails but gets his assistant to bring you in for an appointment. Overpriced. Unprofessional. Didn't tell me until the end of the session that he was "too busy" to help, and didn't hesitate to charge $400. $20,000 retainer, forget about it.

Had booked a Consult, and i finally get around to speaking to him. the nerve of the guy he says "sorry we need a conflict check, and $20,000 retainer" i said $20,000, he said Yep...i hung up. I don't know where i said i was rich when i called to setup the appointment? since when do they charge 20k? just morons

Very knowledgeable and deals with his cases in a mature manner unlike some other lawyers that act like children. He is honest and sympathetic when needed.

I couldn't agree more with the review above. A completely useless lawyer. My ex flaunted and broke EVERY part of the agreement and Gerald's $300 an hour answer? 'Can you afford to fight this? Just let it go!' Why bother with a lawyer and an agreement? He works more for your ex than you, so I wonder if we can just share lawyers next time?

I had this lawyer only once some time ago and he was great did more then he needed to do by going out of his way for me and fought to get what i deserved from a man that was very cruel to me. I had no idea he was on here and i need a good lawyer badly so i am going to rehire him. Don't listen to the other person who was negative he probably lost his case..

Great lawyer, very knowledgeable in family law. Saved me lots of money on issues with the ex, he'll advise you on what is worth fighting for and what isn't. Returns inquiries in a very reasonable time frame. Total confidence in his work.

he is all about money. It's bout his bankaccount not yours. Let's you believe you can get what you want, but really now's that it won't happen. If you have $$$$$ to through away then this is your guy. Will not attempt to settle on anything without going to trial. He's an ass!
