Knowledge seemed good in free initial consultation for wills, durable powers of attorney, medical directives and establishing a trust for our disabled son. Communication after that was ZERO(see below). Tenacity is also ZERO as the work was not done. Work quality is ZERO because no work product was produced. I gave him a 2 for value because he was no help, but I also have not been charged--so I got nothing and paid nothing. He promised paperwork ready for review in 8 weeks, estimating total costs at @$2000.00. It has been 7 MONTHS. I have emailed, snail mailed, visited his office three times, leaving notes with his secretary twice, and phoned, leaving messages. I have not EVER heard back from him. In letters,I have asked him to commit to doing the work or release me to seek another attorney. No response.
