I will say that Lisa has a very take charge approach to her lawyering. She’s been around a long time and her experience in the field is what drew me to her. She was reasonably knowledgeable about what I was entitled to and worked to get me what we thought I deserved. However, when I realized what my partner got from his representation, I was pretty irritated. I paid almost double what he did and I didn’t realize there was supposed to be more back and forth communication with my lawyer than I was getting. What I got was fine, I felt, but not after I realized what I was missing out on. And, there were several times when the other lawyer found errors that she had filed on my behalf, which I didn’t like because I feel like it compromised our credibility a little bit. Overall, she was nice and professional, but compared to the representation my ex brought to the table, I felt I could have done better in hindsight.

Lisa is exceptional in the courtroom. She is well prepared and well experienced. I could not have asked for a better outcome in my divorce. She is one fantastic lady.

A fighter. Client committed. Thorough. Honest - describe Lisa Magliochetti. Lisa is a quick study to determine the best course of action. Her knowledge and experience helped me get the right outcome with my divorce, while being mindful of expenses. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa, especially for anyone going through a contentious divorce. She is more than fair and fantastic!

I was fortunate to have Lisa at my side throughout my divorce. She is extremely intelligent and knowlegable and once you see her in action you will quickly learn she is a highly experienced person who can advocate for you interests in the most difficult circumstances with poise and professionalism. I could credit Lisa for many things but one thing that impressed upon me the most is how highly respected it appeared she was amongst her peers.

I can easily and readily say, I was so fortunate to find Lisa Magliochetti before my spouse did! I was amazed at her knowledge of the law displayed in the courtroom (my ex's decision to go to trial). Because of her concern for me, her client, her knowledge of the law and the time she put into it, I had a very welcoming outcome. I definitely would recommend her!

Lisa sure does like the fight and believe me you will pay $ for it. I still am shaking my head how so many motions could be submitted and not one was heard by the judge??? Spent lots of time and money to get no where. It's a shame CT still doesn't have a clue on how to be fair for the non custodial parent. Lesson learned to keep it in my pants!!!
