James Allen was unavailable most of the times in my case, hardly returned my calls or e-mails in a timely fashion, and broke his own promises to call. I paid him to get help, but he hardly worked for my case, so, on the contrary, he hurt my case causing me to suffer very much mentally and financially. He ignored the fact, given documents, and my requests; failed to conduct necessary investigation; and did not have necessary expertise to handle my case.
