This lawyer will take your payment and do nothing for you at all in court my husband has been in jail for 3 months andthis "lawyer" has never even filed a motion. He does not return calls or emails but he will definitely cash a check. He is very rude and seems to be just over all sneaky and tells you everything you need to hear until he gets his money then he goes on vacation for a month without communication! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN

When I was arrested last year for Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Robbery and drug possession in Cobb County, I though my life was done. My wife's friend had used Mr. Kimbrell in the past and was happy with him. So wfe called him and he met with her that same day and then met with me at jail the same day. I had no bond when I got arrested and he got me a bond. He reviewd my case with me, gathered all documents needed and filed motions to supress with the DA. He worked really hard and always called us back. We wnet to Court two weeks ago and tried the motion to suppress, the DA agreed to drop the Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Robbery charges with only misdemeanor drug charge - I got a fine and probation. Our son was arrested last year in Cobb County & charged with 13 charges including DUI, DUI under 21 years old, Attempting to Eldue Police. Darrell Kimbrell has to be one of the best criminal lawyers ever. His determination to help his clients is unbelieveable. He communicated with me on a regular basis and advised me of the charges and the penalties. When he went to work, the outcome was great as he was able to work with the DA, explain the situation and get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor with a very minimum fine. This was only due to his hard work ethic and knowledge of the court system. This could have turned out much differently. Thanks to Darrell Kimbrell it did not. Considering the seriousness of my supposed traffic violation, "overtaking a stopped schoop bus", Mr. Kimbrell was able to get the charge reduced to a violation of a local municipal code. Still had to pay the full fine, BUT it kept the violation AND associated 6 points OFF my driving record. Did not meet him til day of court, and was IMMEDIATELY impressed by his quite, in my opinion, distinguished and professional appearance and demeanor.
