William R. Ashe has a magnificent courtroom manner. Not only does he thoroughly investigate and put forth a short and concise briefing, but he has his motions in order, investigates all evidentiary defenses, but he cites case las and statutes and has won every case for me. He fought CPS twice and won, he fought my ex and won, he fought my exes parents multiple times and won, and he knows all courtroom procedures and efficiently glides through them with confidence and tenacity. I always said he IS law and order. With previous experience as a judge, and with all professionalism and affordability, I have never trusted another lawyer as I have trusted him. He was my lawyer for 13 years and always gave free advice and phone calls and never over charged me. Finding an attorney who will give you their time and lend you their mind and not be greedy or lazy is hard to find. I moved away and am wishing I hadn't because now I have legal problems. I'm going to try to get him pro hac vice now.

You get what you pay for! A lawyer that is not always in he clients best interest, he's own thoughts and wants prevail over his clients. Very unhappy with his services, and when you try to talk to him about it he side steps everything you ask.

I wishe there were greater numbers for tenacity. He was incredible in court!! I got what I wanted and then some. I highly recommend this lawyer!!Gayle

I was skeptical having been burned before by lawyers but Mr. Ashe helped me tremendously. I had a serious and complex matter that involved a DUI and somehow he got the case dismissed and I got my life back. After 25 yrears with the same job I almost lost everything. The staff was incredible. I highly recommend this office. Eric Decker

Fabulous lawyer!! Handled my case in a very short amount of time. Best exprience I've ever had in a bad situation. If I ever need another lawyer...he will be first in line.

I want to personally take this time to share "my" experience about this attorney. If I could rate him any lower on communication, work quality, and value; I would. His professionalism is also not good. During the times that I'd call his office, he wouldn't return calls. On the several occasions that we had court he'd make promises that he didn't follow through with. I would never use him again or recommend him to any one. Once he was paid, the rest was history. He made excuses for everything. He was supposed to do a child support deduction order for my case & til this day, he hasn't done it yet. Told me that he would finish up my case when he can. This case has been going on since 03/2009 & it's almost 2011. This attorney lied & told me that he would do everything he could to help me & the situation w/ my kids but made matters worse. Hiring this attorney for my case was almost like a joke. He "always" had an excuse as to why he "had not" worked on/completed my case. Utilize the state i
