Excellent lawyer! Clearly knows his stuff and his work in court is very persuasive. I certainly noticed how much respect the Judge has for Mr. Perry and when we got the decision it was clear that the Judge accepted what Mark wrote in his detailed submission.

I was on the receiving end of this callous lawyer who represents my lying, cheating ex-husband. I had to represent myself as I can’t compete with my ex’s wealth. (Client is a trust fund kid with limitless supply of money yet he can’t see that Mr.Perry greedily takes it). My ex has had 8 lawyers but Mr.Perry is a “yes man” that keeps taking his mother’s money. I explained to them that I need a delay with proceedings as my mother is undergoing chemo treatments and having all the chemo side effects you can imagine (nausea, vomiting, hair loss, extreme weight loss and exhaustion as incontinence.). I also live with my mom. I had enough on my plate to respond to a 200-300 page document but his answer was “we will proceed”. Well Mr Perry, karma has a way of making its way back to vicious and unsympathetic people. May you and your daughters have fruitful lives and that they never meet a monster like my ex husband because what goes around comes around.

Mark is very deceptive. He easily lied to me. He says something and does something else. By telling you that there's always 1% chance for everything he keeps the escape door open for himself and pre-justify any future failures at trial. Despite reading the negativs reviews I still gave him a chance but it's now proven to me that he is an incompetent counsel and a dishonest person. His team members are nasty people. He only cares about himself. He was only responsive for the first week. After that I had to almost beg for a response to my email or for him to answer my call, obviously I was charged for all those emails and calls trying to find him. Lastly, he, behind my back, agreed to the very unfair terms and conditions offered by the opposing counsel!

Mark was very straightforward and efficient on a matter of urgency I will dealing with. He made himself and his staff available to deal with it on short notice and was very clear up front on the fees involved. Very helpful.

Avoid Mark Perry as your lawyer, even he knows you will lose the case he first get over $20.000,00 from you... he only cares about your money not your case. In court he looks a disaster talking. avoid this lawyer and save your money.

Mark is a very approachable lawyer. He has always made me feel like I can talk to him about whatever is on my mind. His years of experience in Family Law have made him easily one of the very best in his field and I would recommend him over and over.

He took 20,000 and did little, to say nothing with my case. He is pretty bad at responding e-mails. Whenever I called his assistant to ask when Mark would work on my case again, she neglected to talk to me (not sure why she's there?), she was always transferring the call to Mark and I got billed unscrupulously for trying to find out when he would continue working on my case. The follow up phone calls with Mark used up a huge part of the retainers. The reminders of all he read but "forgot" and I had to remind him, used up another huge portion. He always made me feel my case was not his priority, but cashing my check was. He has good knowledge as a lawyer, but his capacity to mediate is very limited. Even when I tried to terminate my work with him, he started writing useless e-mails that used up the rest of the retainer. He never finished our case he simply made us spend 20,000 and a year and a half. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone I know.

Will lie to you and work against you once he gets a retainer. Easily bribed. High $$$ loss for you.
