Scott Zerner failed to represent me effectively. He repeatedly missed court dates, informing me at the last minute that he wouldn’t be there and leaving me to request adjournments on my own. At one point, he even texted the public defender who had represented me at arraignment—when Scott didn’t show up—to cover for him, as if that was acceptable or the least bit appropriate.
As a client, I was ignored, left uninformed about my case, upon being told an offer was made and me requesting what that offer was - I was given silence, and I was ultimately berated by Scott in the courthouse hallway to the point that I was holding back tears. I switched attorneys immediately after.
However, unfortunately, this was directly after I had sent Scott a replenishment, and more than a year later, he still refuses to return the money he owes me — seemingly still upset over the fact that I switched attorneys at all.
I strongly advise against hiring Scott Zerner as your attorney.

Worst. Attorney. Ever. Will have you doing hard time for traffic violations. First time offender and I got the worst advice possible from this snake. I had a situation where I required a good lawyer - who knew his stuff, would give my case the appropriate amount of time, and who I could count on to represent me professionally. Scott really came through.

The case was the most important thing in my life and Scott treated it that way. He answered every call and every question. He gave great advice and got the case resolved so it would not impact my future. I will go to him with all my legal needs from this point forward.

He is knowledgeable but crude and obnoxious at times. He works hard but can be condescending at time

This attorney knows what he is doing and is worth every penny. He put me on a payment plan and worked with me every step of the way. Ultimately the case against me was dismissed which is exactly the result I wanted. I would hire him again in a second.

If you want to hire a bull dog lawyer who will fight for you, than Atty. Scott Zerner is the lawyer to hire. As his client I highly recommend him. He is worth every penny! I finally won my case and I couldn't have done it without Atty. Zerner. He is a tough smart no games lawyer. I trusted him and his experiece backs it up. Look no further and hire him! I had a very tough case and we won on 12.12.12. If you want to hire him and need a referrel I will be gladly to speak to anyone on my experience as his client. Ms. R.O.

HAS VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS .ACTS AS IF HE IS WORKING FOR THE OTHER GUY Does not work in the best interest of his client.His only interest is how much MONEY he can make off of u.No true concern for his client.Matter of fact,he actually demeans his client and helps to make his client appear guiltier.Also has a foul mouth and will use foul language towards own client.
