IIhave been working with John Case and his assistant Terrie for almost three years now in a particularly ugly divorce and child support case that my ex continues to drag us into attempting to extort more money from me. John not only is incredibly friendly and easy to work with, he has made this process as easy as it can be, has protected my privacy, and fought for us in every way possible. He has been able to get us a long distance parenting plan, a reasonable amount of child support and he got rid of all of the spousal support and hoops I had to jump through from the original paperwork in which I had no legal representation. John is an upstanding man who is hard working, fair, and down to earth. i went into my divorce still friendly with my husband but he had an addiction to his pain medication. i told mr case i didn't want to hurt him and didn't want him to be embarrassed or be made to look like a bad father. when it came time to set parenting plans, the judge had a very negative impression of my husband and didn't accept our first proposal. i think that was because mr case put all the focus on my husband's addiction. i got what i was looking for from the divorce except my three children having their father with an active roll in their lives.

If my decision to marry my now ex-husband was as solid as my decision to hire John Case as my attorney, I probably would still be married! John and his quality team from the start put me at ease and focused on the end result. John is extremely knowledgeable but has the skill to communicate the complexities of the divorce process in a understandable manner. I always felt like he truly listens and has your best interests at heart. Enduring the challenges of a divorce is like running a marathon that both you and your attorney need to be in shape to run. Have been working with John for around 7 yrs. Three different cases. We were up against a wall the first two times, manly my indecision's. This time the timing was right. John went to work for me and had the first step in court and our way in three days. The rest dragged on due to the court,but time did work in our favor. I would recommend Mr. Case to anyone. He was very knowledgeable. His advice was timely and he was up front about my options and did not waste my time. He walked me through my choices every step of the way. He kept a sense of humor, even during the most frustrating aspects of the divorce proceedings which in turn helped me to keep mine. Here's the lowdown on John Case: I came to John after a bad experience with another attorney. I had decided to represent myself. My ex's attorney had eaten me up alive, somehow got a judgement against me, giving her everything that there was after 22 years of marriage. I had been referred to Mr. Case months earlier by a friend, but had not called him. John listened carefully, and gave me my options. Within three weeks, the finished judgement had been redone. (and if it hadn't been redone, it would have been thrown out) Not only was it fair, it was much , much more than fair and I ended up not having to pay her anything cashwise. Bottomline: If you are looking for an attorney to hold your hand through the whole process, John is probably not your attorney. If you want to guarantee the best possible results for you, call John. He's seriously good, and you will know you are represented COMPLETELY. BOTTOM LINE: You want John Case in your corner. He plays hardball.
