IIhave been working with John Case and his assistant Terrie for almost three years now in a particularly ugly divorce and child support case that my ex continues to drag us into attempting to extort more money from me. John not only is incredibly friendly and easy to work with, he has made this process as easy as it can be, has protected my privacy, and fought for us in every way possible. He has been able to get us a long distance parenting plan, a reasonable amount of child support and he got rid of all of the spousal support and hoops I had to jump through from the original paperwork in which I had no legal representation. John is an upstanding man who is hard working, fair, and down to earth. He has taken great care to be as frugal with our money as possible so we are not using our life savings to pay him and his firm. His assistant Terrie has also been absolutely wonderful. A former partner was suing me for, not only half of everything I had accumulated and placed in a trust, but also for custody of my youngest son.
At the beginning of our long term relationship, my partner and I had contacted a reputable attorney and had established a legal trust, so that each of us would be protected from losing what each had individually placed into this trust.I found that what is previously agreed upon is not necessarily what will happen.

John was great to work with through a very difficult divorce process. He and his staff were knowledgable and helpful. They had just the right mix of compassion and humor in dealing with the issues that arose, as well as my stress and frustration. Mr. Case gave me great legal advice on our initial meeting and I retained him to represent me. I needed good representation and a law firm with a reputation for winning cases in court. In retrospect, Feibleman & Case was one of the best decisions I made.

If my decision to marry my now ex-husband was as solid as my decision to hire John Case as my attorney, I probably would still be married! John and his quality team from the start put me at ease and focused on the end result. John is extremely knowledgeable but has the skill to communicate the complexities of the divorce process in a understandable manner. I always felt like he truly listens and has your best interests at heart. Enduring the challenges of a divorce is like running a marathon that both you and your attorney need to be in shape to run. John is sooo ready to lead you through the arduous hills and valleys of the run. Another strength of John and his staff is their skill at staying so organised with the myriad of endless paperwork. Topping on the cake was John's advice to what is neccessary after you are divorced. So blessed to have made such a wise decision this time around!

Have been working with John for around 7 yrs. Three different cases. We were up against a wall the first two times, manly my indecision's. This time the timing was right. John went to work for me and had the first step in court and our way in three days. The rest dragged on due to the court,but time did work in our favor. I am very happy with the outcome and hope we can stay out of court forever after. I know he and his office will be behind me if I ever need thier services again
