I waited 5 months with no communication, no response to emails or phone calls. When her office said she would respond by the end of the week, I finally received an email after a month. Most of the information was incorrect and varied greatly from what she previously said. Very unreliable.

This Lawyer is a thief, she is a "Yes" Lawyer to all opposing parties wishes. She has victimized myself and my children within the whole system! Within a 3 yr. time span from 2011 she attained $10,000 with absolutely of no circumstances of change at all! I had only one in person visit and 2 phone calls, Initially requesting an immediate divorce, my request was denied with her own stragetic way, which resulted with the matter unresolved and of No Change! My children were given full custody to my Ex. Abusive Husband, which entailed a myriad of years of Sexual Assualt aka rape, physical assualt (with a restraining order against him) emotional/verbal abuse, mental cruelty, financial abuse and Isolation! The Lawyer's main goal was attaining her retainer money over the years with her misleading ways of inferiority upon her client, she used me and my children to fill her pockets with our money and sabotaged our future. She refused to even answer my email asking her what a court term was.

I ended up terminating Kim as my lawyer after 10 days of not calling me back or answering my emails regarding a restraining order she was supposed to draft. The defendant ended up violating the order, but was not enforced since Kim had not filled the order, or had it signed by the Justice. The only positive thing I can say about Kim is her knowledge of the court system.
