We contacted him to register our company as a money service business and he charge us 2000$ upfront and never answer the phone again, he been telling us that he will refund the money for 6 months.
This lawywr technically stealed that money from us .
STAY away this guys has fraud and illegality all arround

We engaged this attorney to complete some securities work on behalf of our company, a process that should have taken no more than 60 days as per his statement After almost four months we have had little evidence of any work having been completed and Tracy does not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. He took a substantial fee deposit and is in clear breach of a written engagement agreement. Avoid him and his firm, Securities Compliance Group.

Adam failed to attend an important hearing and he failed to file an imporatant motion. It is nearly impossible to reach him by phone, he seldom returns calls and he does not respond to most emails. The only thing he does with any degree of regularity is to cash your check. He really hung me out to dry. It is a real shame because he is the most knowledgeable attorney with whom I spoke on my issue.

This attorney never returned phone calls or reached out to us during our 18+ months legal battle. We requested documentation showing he performed work and flat out refused to show us anything. He was never available, can't prove he did anything for us but still withdrew $500 a month from my account. We lost our home because of Adam Tracy who assured us we would not loss our home and everything was ok, even a month out from our eviction. This man is trying hard to remove negative online comments because negative reviewa with the same circumstances as mine are regularly removed. This man is a fraud and a cheat. Stay far away! Learn from my $10k+ mistake!

He never called me with an update 5 days later plus when an especially when several emergencys came about.
