Uses the buddy system. Pay for a favor type of attorney. Just went through the motions and caust me a weekend in jail and one year probation for a CNI. Took no pictures of the accident scene nor was he interested in any which could have been used in my defense. He pretty much didn't do anything but take my money. Make sure you know your attorneys knowledge before hiring one. I recommend going and sitting in the courtroom for a day and see if anyone impresses you.
