RUN RUN RUN!!! As fast as you can!! I retained this law firm, everytime I spoke with Barak, he'd have me speak with his other attorney Michele and DOUBLE CHARGE me for the same information I just gave him. What a crook, he sits behind his desk talking big and bad because he's on a talk show and how he performs, honestly he cost me not only my case, but settled and what I was supposed to get, went all to his legal fees!
If you're looking to be screwed, disregard this and pay 700 for a pointless consultation, that will be the start of your rabbit hole he's digging for you. I wouldn't even trust him with my groceries.

Avoid Lurie and Seltzer like the plague. He will soak you dry of your money and leave you dangling. Now I know why he has at least 5 malpractice suits against him. He is an expert at taking your money upfront.I ended up with a useless judgement. He gives big promises and can't deliver. Run away from this one. The associates at this firm were inept, overbilled, confused their own block descriptions of service, billed me for services on someone elses case and billed me for meetings that I never had. Don't fall into their trap, you will be sorry. Lurie has set me back years in my case.

Barak Lurie only cares about receiving his fee. He brags about his big results but has no intention to do anything.
