Was very clear of my needs/expectations when setting up consul appt, what we should bring with us etc so that it was a productive use of our time. Objective: assist filling out citizenship application as previous error by employer led to delays. Called us to move up meeting an hour , agreed despite the inconvenience. Arrive early but kept waiting. Assistant polite but Creates himself unprepared, rude, abrasive and within 5 minutes was told what I already knew and discussed on phone & in email prior to appt. Accomplished nothing, left angry, insulted and incredulous at what I experienced. In email follow-up asst repeated what I already knew, I pressed for specifics on process going forward and fees in an itemized list of questions, got vague 1-2 line response that answered not one of my questions. Was obvious then that this was all about $$ and to consider the $450 consult fee a write off and cut ties. Continued process ourselves and successful. Save your $$.

Had a negative experience with this lawyer. Appears to have no concern whatsoever for clients and only interested in billing as much as they can to bilk a client. In my opinion, they did not handle the case in a professional manner. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional language with clients, poorly prepared for court, overall I had the feeling that he was in just for the money ( legal aid ) so we did all kinds of research, we lost the case and he got the check by doing nothing!

Mr. Creates will show you that his knowledge and talent if beyond this world. Waiting time was bad. My case for my hearing had research for articles from 2003, 04, 05, 06 maybe 2009. He waited until the day prior or same day to get everything "ready" for the hearing, when he was fustrated will use unapropiate language. My case was rejected. I found a better lawyer after that for my PRRA.

Had a consultation with Mr. Creates. I had come on time and was forced to wait nearly 25 minutes if not more. I was not impressed. The whole consultation lasted 20 minutes tops but I had to pay the full hour rate. Not sure I will proceed with his services.
