He had the paperwork for 6 months and he filed it 2 weeks before our court date. He failed to file his appearance correctly—- the judge and other attorney called him out for his incompetence in handling things. It was a complete embarrassment to be represented by him in court in a civil case. Another attorney just provided me with a link to file a complaint—that’s our next step. We don’t want anyone else to go what we went through. Just terrible. RID: 261562
Click to report rating    11/20/10   2     1     1     1     2   I do not know how this attorney would have turned out. He never came to see me while I was in jail. Calls to his office went unanswered. I found out the changes in my case via the internet. He was rude to my family and gave them misinformation. Such as telling them they could not come to my arraignment. He was paid over $10,000 but kept asking my relatives for more money before the grand jury had even indicted. He said he had won all his cases in front of the same judge and that he had got guilty people off. Well what if I got a different judge? Have you proven the innocence of the innocent? I dont think he is worth it because I never felt like he was working for me. RID: 37572
