Attorney Markley helped my husband & me save our house by filing a Chapter 13 case on our behalf in the Fall of 2014. We had never used a lawyer before and did not know what to expect. I found Attorney Markley to be very professional & patient in explaining the process & purpose of bankruptcy to us. He filed out case the week after we met with him, then met us at the courthouse ahead of our scheduled time & sat with us at the table while we explained our financial situation to the Trustee. He answered questions we didn't understand. He handled all calls from our mortgage company, our homeowners association, our credit card companies, and the IRS for us until the Court okayed our case. He was a Godsend to us and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to any of my friends, family or coworkers who needed help with keeping their property and fending off creditors.
