Extremely poor lawyer without going into details, you would do better if you defended yourself. Tries to greatly overcharge his client, by claiming he spent excessive hours preparing for case.

Had supervision over 3 cases and although stated filed two,never did and missed the statutes of the first and had to withdraw due to conflict of the rest. It is 5 years later after the first MVA and still struggling with head trauma to replace. He refused all calls("in trial" even late day)and all meetings for two years and the statutes had already passed when we finally met. He was aghast at facial and nerve injury as I do not believe he even read letters or followed the case in two years. He holds a spiritual faith ethics and acts like the opposite. His para-legal was leaned on as if a partner lawyer and she had surgery twice in the two years without responding as solo rep and gave inaccurate legal advice still effecting me today.As a trained counselor,I say zero on all counts but none of those are listed. Even with head trauma and nerve damage,his lawyer said here is a bit $$$ for facial abrasions,oh yeah,hit by a 200mph airbag and head to windshield cracking it.Both liars and drek.

Mr. Moore represented my family in a wrongful death case. He represented us in two mediations and was awarded $300,000. It was a cut and dry case and Mr Moore's knowledge was never showcased. My family mostly contacted him so I rated him poorly in communication and tenacity. His work quality was the least impressive thing about him. As soon as he received his money, he severed all contact and refused to provide any more servises, even ones that his firm had promised to perform prior to the settlement. I cannot testify to his knowledge or courtroom expertise, but if your case requires compassion, I would look elsewhere.
