This attorney sues his clients. I did not have 16k up front to pay off his legal bill which I did not know about until after the fact and asked several times for a payment plan. Their answer was to sue me and garnish my bank account. NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM!

He lacked veracity in research and concluding agreements. He relies on the mendacity of opposing counsel for strategy and conclusion of cases. He work ethic is questionable and because of his firm, I lost so much. His lack of consideration to my many requests and his inability to give me a truthful explanation should be questioned by the VA Bar. Unless you have expendable money, he and his firm can't help you to settle a divorce.
