This attorney charges entirely too much for the sub-par work he performs. He is very arrogant to his clients and from what I've seen, it isn't warranted. His office staff is rude and will not return calls- so be prepared to be calling on a regular basis, to which he will charge you for every second he speaks to you. Most lawyers I've dealt with, will not charge for a 5 minute phone call AND will make a point to call and check on you…he WILL charge without fail. From my point of view, he is washed up and needs to step down from public service, as he lacks any "feeling" for his clients and has absolutely no aggressiveness when it comes to ensuring his client is fairly served. Please do not waste your time and especially your money on this "lawyer"!! There are plenty of other great lawyers in the area that genuinely want to help you every step of the way and will back their work up instead of filling up your time with "talk" and NO "walk".
