Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED. Henry and his gang of thieves will rob you blind. Henry will sell you on what you want to hear but when the going gets tough and he knows the case is not going the way he sold it to you, he passes it to one of his partners (Ellis) and it starts all over again but at a lesser amount. Dead lines are missed and if you don't FORCE them to file documents on time it's your fault. These guys are incompetent, money hungry paper generating scum, you'll get a big box of worthless files to take to your next scummy lawyer. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

this lawyer does nothing but collect money !! he doesnt care if he wins or the damage he does to families as long as he gets paid !! he will attempt to do anything no matter how shady or underhanded to achieve his goal and when it comes to the point of proving his case he will ask his own client to just give up so that his tactics will not be queationed in the courts !!! of all the people i have dealt with in my life no one comes close to being as dirty , nasty and underhanded as hank .. then when he aggrevates the other party to a point where they respond negativly he hides under the cover of the law . I WOULD NEVER USE THIS LAWYER OR ANYONE FROM THIS FIRM AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY , GREEDY ****S THAT ONLY CARE ABOUT THE HOUSES THEY LIVE IN AND THE CARS THEY DRIVE ... THE REAL PEOPLE WHO THEY AFFECT DONT MATTER TO THEM !! THIS LAW FIRM IS THE BIGGEST JOKE IN HAMILTON !!

'Shoeless' Hank Szpiech is a clumsy functionary in the corrupt bowels of Hamilton's divorce industry. He's a beta lawyer, willing to sell out clients as necessary to escalate conflict and throw the game to the alpha lawyer's client. Biding time while the alpha lawyer counsels an ex to emotionally abuse and alienate children is one way he coaxes clients to the dance floor. Treacherously bad advice and fraudulent documents inserted in the evidence book got the judge in synch with the 'pay the instigator' rule of a deeply corrupt divorce industry. Court transcripts required extensive editing to cover up the glaring incompetence of his stunble-bum act - he' not much of a con artist, but he tries! An invoicing double-cross completed the swindle. Whale excrement comes to rest well north of this man's ethical and intellectual strata, and your fate is sealed if you believe a word he says.
