Peter handled our home purchase extremely well. He then proceeded to write our wills in such a great way that I was so pleased with and I had never considered. He has knowledge that he is eager to impart and goes over every tiny detail so that you understand everything before you sign.

We changed from the lawyer we used for our previous home to Peter after he was recommended to us. Peter's fee was less but he gave us such better service and the other lawyer didn't even meet with us. Peter spoke with us to review some issues in advance and met with us for the closing explaining everything so clearly. He is very knowledgeable and very good listener, plus great personality. Experience was great for us. His assistants were all very nice and will only use his office. Gave us peace of mind with our new home.

He handled our purchase of a new home and sale of our previous residence and after having dealt with many other lawyers in the past, can say he is the best one we have used. He explained the documents clearly and took time to ensure we understood (best way has ever been done for us). He also brought to our attention things that the agent had overlooked and would have been a problem so we're very grateful that he's our lawyer now!

Peter is a go to professional lawyer,he will always return your messages and leave you with great advice whether it is favourable or not concerning your case.I have used relatives who were lawyers they are pale next to Peters knowledge and understanding. He's a fantastic real estate lawyer. Very professional and high work quality. One of those people that even after one meeting, was like had known for long time. Previous lawyer we had used missed a problem and was going to cancel selling our house. Peter did great job resolving and was big relief because we were moving out of Hamilton. On moving day, couple bought house from us told us their realtor and lawyer said Peter is best lawyer they deal with!

Excellent real estate lawyer. Peter was highly recommended to us by our previous lawyer who has now retired. Fees are same or less than other firms we called to shop around. Location beside Limeridge was perfect for us from Ancaster. Very knowledgeable about real estate and took the time to personally review things with us in detail - put us at ease (we had a lot of questions) and he followed through on our issues. Even gave us estate planning advice which we needed (and also does wills, power of attorneys). Peter is a true gem of a person and we're so happy he is our lawyer! Thank you.

Peter has been my family's lawyer for past 8 years.
