I would never use this attorney again. All he did was take my money, he gave me nothing in return. Save your money, rather do it yourself, or find a competent attorney.

He handled my case back in 2000 and he was amazing. He represented me via telephone in a WI joint custody / primary placement then brought it down here for sole custody and termination of parental rights. He is awesome. He was worth every penny. I refer him to any one and every one.

Rusty handled my divorce and there is no better attorney, very knowledgeable, fair attorneys fee and the outcome of my divorce was better than I expected. If I ever needed anything I wouldn't even think twice and gladly retain his office again.

Rusty helped me during my divorce. He was very fair with his fees and had compassion for a single mother having to start anew. He didn't try to put the screws to anyone. This helped to keep things as amicable as possible. I appreciate his honesty, even if blunt at times.

I have been involved in a very lengthy and time consuming divorce, especially in regards to the property settlement. Rusty has been very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. I have used many lawyers in the past and Rusty is by far the best! Fair on pricing. Tell the truth, be sincere and he will do his job far beyond expecations. I refer my friends to Rusty, and they have all had high regards and pleased with the outcome. He never made promises to me and always prepared me for the worst.

This is bt far the very worst attorney I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He has had no concern for my case since I hired him and I think his "career" floats on the buddy system alone. He was self-admittedly "friends" with several members of the opposing side of my case and never addressed anything that we had discussed or that I had asked to be addressed in court and that is how it has gone every time we have had a hearing. He has tried to snowball me into believing that giving up is my only choice so that he can collect my money without having to go to work for me. PLEASE DO NOT hire this man for any legal issues!

Rusty Applegate represented me in family court and did a poor job failing to bring anything to the table we had discussed previously and in fact was overheard telling the opposing attorney that he was just more or less there for show. To make matters worse he also made some very explicit sexual remarks in regard to my wife. We have since filed a complaint citing witnesses. Overall he was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
