I hired Mr. O'Neil to handle my divorce and it was the biggest mistake. He was fixated on issues that were not issues at all. Things seemed to be dragging on. He offered no insight into the law and what paths could be pursued. His communication was atrocious. Could barely get a hold of him. He billed for phone calls and emails to my ex's counsel that I don't believe occurred. He hung up on me on one of our phone calls because his other line rang. It was a disaster. I fired him and was much happier with my new lawyer.

What a disaster. Kept lieing to us and dragging our case on. Finally fired him and got another lawyer wich resolved it in 2 months. We will never use him again. Complete DISASTER!! WASTE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY.

Sean O'Neil from the first time I met him gave me sound advice. I can thank my lucky stars that Sean helped me in my divorce proceedings. Sean was always fast to respond to my questions and concerns. Sean always gave me a clear picture of how the law relates to my certain circumstance. Very knowledgeable man, easy to talk to and very responsive when I needed to talk to him. I have and will continue recommending Sean to anyone who needs legal council.

He's a real estate lawyer who dabbles in divorce law. After a few months it became clear that he didn't really understand the issues or law in my divorce. The up side is that he had no hesitation to lie to the opposing lawyer and to the judge. He'll do anything you tell him to. Unfortunately, you have to tell him what to do, rather than giving you advice. Personally, I don't know the law. That's why I hired him.

I found Sean to be accessible, diligent and good value for my money. He negotiated a good settlement for me and he was very knowledgeable.

Very reluctant to do anything, backed down far to easily even though there was more then enough reason to fight for anything. He honestly didn't do anything except for a few emails and phone calls, communication was definintely lacking with me and if he did have a lot of knowledge he certainly didn't share it or have any good ideas or strategy. Cost me a lot and I lost everything because he was not willing to stand ground or go to court over it. Finally divorce was finalized, he went over the agreement with me everything looked good, asked questions on things that I didn't understand and he explained it to me as a lawyer should so I signed. A few months later I had another lawyer go over it and things that I had been told when Sean explained things to me weren't actually as he had explained it. Not someone I would recommend to anyone.
