Our family hired Ms Cummings to wind-up the estate of my late mother. It became clear that she was not knowledgeable or capable of handling estate law. She made multiple errors and took no accountability for her work, but she sure never forgot to charge us her exorbitant fees. She showed up to court unprepared and missed documents - a wasted day, but she insisted she be paid. Our family relationships have been completely destroyed. She used legal tactics that bordered on unethical behavior. Her attitude is win at all cost, and she uses unscrupulous tactics to prey on her clients emotional situations. I would highly advise people to STAY AWAY and find a more balanced individual.

Mary Anne Cummings should be ashamed of herself. It has taken me years to recover from a court experience where she represented a liar. As we try to move forward in our society and support women, Mary Anne Cummings has taken us back years. She is an aggressive and heartless woman who will do anything for the almighty dollar. Hire this woman if you are a liar and need to win your case. Choose another lawyer if you are proud to be a woman and support women.

I find her disorganized and scattered. She is so agressive there is no chance for agreement and will always go to trial to get the most money from her clients.

Before I had to deal with my custody issues, I did some research and asked around. Mary Anne Cummings was the lawyer for me. My case as as messy as they get from delaing ith cousel and no reponse from the other side.......other counsil was very hostil . Mary Anne's professionalism and ethics where an example to all legal counsil. Her submissions to court where educated, factual, and about the what thems conficts are about....."the children". If you have a situation with a conflict ith custody, access and support I ould alays put my money on Mary Anne.

I was looking to have legal counsel to get a fair sparation agreement with my ex. At my initial meeting with Ms Cummings, she seemed very competant, knowlegeable and exuded an air of zeal and energy. Did - Not - Deliver. She did write letters, but things seemed to go nowhere. She let the other lawyer ignore her requests for information for very long periods of time. She made me feel like my case was the bottom of the barrelon her roster. Drained my funds with no real results. Tried a meeting with the other side to get results, and she came ill prepared, missing important key documents, and let the other lawyer run the show, including letting my ex rant on about trivial, unimportant issues. Ineffective, perhaps takes on many more cases than she can handle. Spoke with conviction and had great ideas when I met with her in person, but rarely acted on these ideas, and seemed to forget what she had said on previous occasions, giving conflicting legal information.
