this lawyer gives lawyers a bad name, basically stole from us,took him to small claims court and won. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy

Agreed with most of the negative comments.He, or whoever handled my case overlooked a paragraph in my real estate contract..cost me 17k.I'm taking him to court..

Charged double for the closing of our home, then after the closing date would not communicate AT ALL. House closed in July 2013, it is now the end of October, no paperwork, taxes on property are owing and we have no way to resolve the issue with the township until Greasley finishes our work. Mind you, he sure wanted payment on time.. Complete ass.

If you're looking for a real lawyer, do yourself a favor and look for a lawyer who will actually do some work and return your calls. He leaves his files with his secretary and disappears on the closing date.

Terrible experience with a real estate closing. Do not use this guy! He gouges and runs everything through his assistant...impossible to get ahold of. Totally agree with the other reviewers.

Mr. Greasley was my divorce lawyer and I have to say that this man is brilliant. He is a no nonsense lawyer, did not believe in wasting time or my money (that's rare in any lawyer). He was compassionate but a barracuda in the courtroom!I am glad he was representing me. I found him to be extremely professional, articulate and easy to deal with. He comes highly regarded in the industry and I have already referred him to several colleagues and friends who are very happy with him.

Brian was hired as to close a property deal and left most of the work to his rude and incompetent junior. They even forgot to send out copies of final documents,and then refused to answer calls. Brian may seem friendly and open at first, it is a farse.

I retained Mr. Greasley to represent me in a Divorce action and custody was the primary issue with property division also a factor. I found Mr. Greasley to be very charismatic but zealous in representing me. I received really useful advice in dealing with the day to day problems with my estranged spouse. I had a more than satisfactory outcome of my case and am thankful for the assistance that I received from Mr. Greasley and his staff.

Mr. Greasily did a great job in my custody and property division lawsuit. He was attentive, always available, pro-active and charged me a very reasonable fee. Best lawyer in Simcoe County!

Mr Greasley talks a lot off topic, mostly listing his accomplishments to try to prove to you his worth. Wastes my time and costs me to listen to his meanderings. I retained him to negotiate a Separation Agreement between my husband and myself. In a year's tme he managed to send only two letters to the other side's lawyer, and the letters were not on any important issues. Charged mega bucks for little actual work. Beyond slow!, didn't communicate well, didn't explain what needed to be done, or interpret the several letters from the other side. There was no real advancement of any kind toward a separation agreement.
