Click to report rating    6/8/17   5     5     5     5     5   My Wife and I hired Santos Law Group to help with my Green Card application. They were well organised and professional. Given how stressful the process can be we had many questions and often called or visited their office; Kevin and Maite always had the right answer and always put us at ease. We made the decision to have Kevin present at the interview as well. His relaxed demeanour helped calm our nerves and we felt reassured knowing he had all the necessary paperwork in case we had forgotten anything. The entire process took from application to approval, only 5 months which we credit in part to Santos Law Group for their organisational and personal skills. RID: 185913
Click to report rating    11/7/12   1     1     1     1     1   This law firm was hired to obtain a Apostille for me. They do not understand the process and they do not even know what offices to contact to obtain a Apostille. Every time they were contacted about the length of time that they were taking I only received excuses and insulting justifications of how it was never their fault. I was told the process would take five days including mail time and it turned out to be three weeks. After three weeks they gave me a certified copy of the divorce decree, which is only the first step in obtaining a Apostille. They also told me that the Apostille would come from the Prothonotary office at the courthouse. This is not possible because it is not what a Apostille is. The Apostille must come from the State Department. A Apostille is a certification to certify the prothonotary office signature so it becomes a legal document that can be used in other countries, and MUST be signed by the Secretary of state at the State Department office.
