In 2005 Mathew Williamson charged me $5,000.oo to represent me in a DUI/Drug Possession case in which police search and seizure limitations were exceed. He convinced me I could not fight the charges and not to complicate the case by explaining the circumstances which included sever emotional trauma within the month preceding my arrest for being an innocent victim of a car accident; a head on collision over a 30 foot cliff. Being a single woman with no friends or family to help me take care of the insurance and legal aspects, I turned to a handy man who deceptively possessed meth. I was driving him back to San Jose after a night of sexual harrassment. Obviously, a woman alone in need often encounters men who will help them but they conceal a hidden agenda thinking sexual benefits may be a part of the Gratis, if you get the drift. This lawyer told me it would make me look bad and guiltier to bring this up in court.
