Stephen Pender and his firm are by far the most solid team I’ve ever had and seen! He makes sure your voice is heard and is the most compassionate and understanding. I will never go to another firm they’re Honestly the best of the best 10 out of 10 recommend if I have any legal concerns or questions Pertaining family law I will be contacting them!

This person has no interest in helping you win. It was quoted on a regular basis in the courthouse that he views your court case "as a Broadway musical" (exact quote) like Mary Poppins. The goal is to half defend you such that he can continue making money off you when the case continues forward for many months. He will only include enough information in the affidavits to make it look like he is defending or helping you, but not enough to END THE SITUATION because he wants to make money and only can do that if this case remains active. You are in for a world of hurt, your phone calls not answered and people doing document preparation last minute.

I'm going to review Mr. Pender by simply posting what he replied to me, when I told him my spouse would have anger fits, and then shove and hit me: "Well, why didn't you hit them back?". 'nuff said.

Excellent, ethical and kind lawyer. Very dedicated and professional. I have a lot of respect for him and he helped me to get custody of my children. Would recommend him to anyone, especially with complex family law situations involving violence and CAS.
