Thank you to Shaun, Eric and Monica for helping me through the process of my divorce. I tried to do things nicely and suggest to my ex we use a paralegal to just do our paperwork. He was nice at the beginning then all of a sudden did a 180 and all heck broke loose, thought he was entitled to everything and more he contested felt he was entitled to spousal support, half of my retirement all of the belongings (keep them!!) and wants me to pay for his attorney's fees too! Monica and Shaun really did what they said they would do. Wish I new of them prior I wasted thousands on a previous attorney that made no headway except empty promises and empty pocket book.
I was recommended to the firm by a friend that went through a divorce. I had court appearance after court appearance and Shaun and Erik never gave up they stayed strong and made me feel at ease when we went to court each and every time. Finally a trial appearance took place, All I can say is THANK YOU!! I can honestly state that

I initially hired "Shawn" and once I accepted him as my attorney and paid his retainer, I wasn't allowed to use him and got pushed to his arrogant, unprofessional,incompetent sidekick "Danica" , whom if you are a woman...she will show her low self esteem to by talking down to you and your family as well as looking everyone up and down each time she speaks to you as if shes better than everyone. Not only was she completely rude and unprofessional, but she reassured the fact that my very simple "black and white" cade was no problem and she could handle it. SHE IS completely IGNORANT regarding law. She never even provided the judge with the hard evidence that I provided her, yelled at me in front on the judge and my family members and didn't know how to object when I was being badgered. She also proceeded in making sure she would send a bill for a hellacious amount without annny notice of going over the details for, which Shawn said wouldn't happen and that I'd get money back in fact. After our initial consultation I never got to speak to Shaun again until the custody hearing. However our custody case had satisfactory results (even though the mediator wanted to change the existing custody because the ex wife is a very convincing liar.) Shaun asked to have a 730 evaluation done and the outcome was that custody remained the same. The reason I am giving him a 2 on communication is because he told me he had resolved one of the issues when he had not done so. I found out after all the papers signed and too late to do anything about it.

I could not agree with more of the other negative comments. Vivian is rude, unknowledgeable, snarky, and makes the situation worse than it needs to be. I cannot believe this company employs such a rude person and if they were part of the BBB, I would be complaining to them. Interesting they are.... Vivian hung up on me and refused me to talk to her boss because she knew she was in the wrong. I would hope that people would hire someone else in their time of troubles.

I was referred to Shaun Hanson by a friend who had gone through a nasty divorce. I had a similar situation and he did a fantastic job for me! He is very smart and it only takes you seying him do his thing at Court to know that he is fantastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you have any doubts, see for your self.

Attorney Hanson just settled my divorce for me. I have nothing but compliments for Mr. hanson and his staff! He was able to settle the custody and support issues OUTSIDE of court with my ex husband's attorney which saved us many trips and exhausting days in court. He was knowledgable and had our family's best interest at heart! As a divorce and custody battle is tough, he worked things to be as efficient and easy as possible. As far as his retainer fee, $$ is never fun to spend but it was reasonable and well worth it! My family and I can now put all these unsettled issues behind us and move on! THANKYOU!

Hanson violated several cabins if lawyer ethics including promising results. His secretary sells callers on his being a pro-tem judge with wink-wink connections with judges. He runs a mill and is totally dishonest. He is beholden to judges whenever he is told in ex parte commos that his client is a "designated loser". a term used by judges whenever in divorce and other cases they already decided who the bad guy was (it's called profiling in police work). Riverside Superior Courts have at least 50% of judge who fall under that designation of corrupt (not necessarily for money, but for laziness, overload, cultural and personal gender and nationality bias, socio-economic level, Marxist bends eyc). Two of the worst judges to avoid for men in Riverside county are Ellsworth and Dugan.

This firm sucks and is a rip off. They told me that they could handle my case for a specified retainer. Not only did they lose what should have been a slam dunk case, they ultimately billed me for 3 times the original retainer. Do not use this firm!!

Mr Hanson is a BS artist who is known by other lawyers to run a MILL. Its a business churning forms. No heart in it. Cold secretaries. The atmosphere is hardly congenial. They" lost" an offer to settle that a junior attorney had written. They promote themselves heavily and will even claim that because Hanson is a protem that he has the hear of judges in Hemet. In the court room he is there to please the judge. He forgot to file an amendment to the child support when I lost my job and cost me $14,000 in back pay. Very incompetent.

Shaun Hanson is a big waste of money. My ex has him as her atty and he NEVER responds to anything my lawyer sends over. We sent a settlement proposal over 2 months ago and are still waiting. They have had 2 meetings with her already and are going to have a third because they can't REMEMBER what they talked about before. Money is all he cares about. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON this atty.

That firm is known as a mil. They dabble in everythign from divorces to persoanl injury and criminal practice. Hanson only has 11 years experience and is quite the salesman. Makes promises but does not deliver. Has secretary tout him as well connected with the Court system because he is pro tem judge which is false advertising. He is all about the money. Hale is a good quy but clueless on the more difficult cases.Hanson cost me $75,000 until I went to another lawyer and did nothing in my divorce case. He is typical of the majority of divorce lawyers. Never rock the boat if their client is the court designated loser. Most litigants cases are decided a head of time by a judge who likes or dislikes you and the lawyers just play along especially in Riverside County where judges know little and are small minds who use the bench to advance thoer own agendas of likes and dislikes. Stay away from Hanson. The rest of the staff is generally uncaring and too busy to churn paperwork endlessly. He
