Hired this worthless attoreny to take my homeowners insurance company to court for refusal to pay a binding appraisal award. After signing up with him his down right rude and inconsiderate secretary which turns out is his wife to made up lie after lie telling me that he would return my call about some important papers I had ti fill out he sent me from my insurance company that had a strict deadline to complete. After having to call his office twice a week, then 4 times a week and then every day trying to get a hold of Mr McKenzie with out ever having got a single return phone call after 4 weeks from him or his office. I had to fire this idiot. I asked him before I signed him on was he a TV attorney and he said no he doesn't do TV, but almost every night I saw him on TV doing advertising for more clients whgile he ignored my case and his rude secretary told lies as to why no one had called me back. Also had someone else contact me and said he screwed her over and wouldn't call her.
