Went to this law firm and meet with William Lee after bringing back the requested paperwork their frim didn't remember me at all. Had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby while they ran around confused as to who I was. After waisting hours getting my paperwork together and having to go compleltely over my case with him for a second time they declined to take the case. I called his office and left a message for him to call me at to why never got a return phone call from any one. They didn't even call me to pick up my file. I would stay far away from this lawfirm if I was you as their knowledge of personal injury law and customer service stank to say the least.
