I was involved in a hit-and-run accident in March of 2012 while riding my bike. The car hit me while I was riding my bike across a crosswalk with a walk sign on. I went to the emergency room that day but it took me a few weeks to realize that my injuries were permanent.
After dealing with the driver's (who was later identified) insurance lawyers for years, one thing is clear: they will use every dirty trick in the book to make you give up the fight. I knew that was I was telling the truth but that doesn't matter unless you have a lawyer that is ready to step up and be a true advocate for you. I was very lucky to have Mr. Max Draitser on my side in the courtroom along with Mr. Brian Breiter.
I was continually amazed at how Max and Brian anticipated what was needed at each critical moment. I am happy to say that we won and justice was finally served. I was able to get damages and I am grateful.

Great guy, great lawyer. Took care of everything A-Z; handled the total-loss on my car, hooked me up with a doctor. Unfortuntaly, the chick who hit me only had 15000 policy or i couldve gotten more!

Max really helped me with a car accident case. The guy turned left in front of me and remarkably his insurance company put me 50% at fault! On recommendation from a former client of Max's I met with him. He reassured me and at the end of the day, the insurance company folded. Highly recommend.

I was hit by a car that spun out in the rain. Her insurance company unbelievably denied my claim, so I hired max who was referred by a friend. He took over and within a week they reversed their position and my car was fixed. Highly recommend.

I was a client of Max Draitsers. He seemed to be good at his job but when I received my bill from Max there were thousands of dollars of charges for an expert witness that was unnecessary. When I disputed the bill Max stopped returning my calls and emails. I have not received my settlement to this day.
