funny thing is my common-law partner who i'm now separated from hired SUSAN JACK. our goal is to have an amicable separation because we had an happy relationship with an 10 year old child in the picture, SUSAN JACK'S mission statement is that to have an good financial and emotional outcome, which is further from the truth. . He (my ex) is paying SUSAN JACK more than myself also causing myself to paying my own lawyer unnecessary fees with my lawyer. To the point where my ex-spouse gets upset and causing further emotional distress to both parties. my point is if we want an amicable separation she should respect that. SUSAN JACK IS NOT A GOOD IF YOU YOUR GOAL IS TO HAVE THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME FOR HER CLIENTS.....

Susan was completely incapable of handling my ex wife's lawyer. Dragged things out with long, unnecessary correspondence and charged me insane amounts of money (compared to my other legal counsel) and made NO progress ! Yes I fired her but the setback was extremely difficult to recover from. Avoid her!

I had a horrendous experience with Susan - she does everything possible to drag things out including being extremely adept at prolonging conversations so that she can turn around and charge ridiculous amounts. Extremely disappointing. For a lawyer who apparently is trained in mediation she seems to do everything in her power to fabricate barriers to reaching relatively amicable separation agreements...extremely disappointing.
