Mr Kasher made decisions in his best interest rather than mine, the client. He chose not to dipose any of my witnesses in a personal injury nor pursue any investigation. He did not want to spend money in the event he lost the case. The def. was 90% liable. I received menial compensation with permanent injury & debts to pay. Mr Kasher believed the defense attorney's nonsense & never asked me to invalidate it. Rather than see my medical needs provided for, he put that expense on my husband's insurance, limiting my ability to receive necessary treatment so I had increased medical expenditures. It served his purpose, I'm struggling 7 yrs later without treatment or income, still in pain & disabled. He convinced me I would not win a jury trial, to use arbitration. He gave the defense and Judge what they wanted based on disputable falacies & I have never been given any explanation as to the unfair judgment nor fair time with a Judge. His out-of-pocket was only $2200 & got 40%. Don't use him!
