Mr Pruski is who you want on the other side as a lawyer, unless youre in the wrong. Mr Pruski excels in using the cheap tricks and erroneous legal jargon that lawyers are famous for. If youre the opposition than Matt is a dream come true as he has no qualms about putting in writing how his client is right. It assisted Me immeasurably when producing Matts threatening emails in my affidavit with his clients "position" Dont bother using established caselaw with Pruski, it falls on deaf ears. Which again greatly increased the amount of damages sought. I do however feel a bit of empathy for his client. Matt spent a great deal of billable hours condoning his clients actions, the effect of which was his client continued to knowingly violate the provisions of the RTA. This small Act,with few rules saw Matt talk his client into breaking EVERY single provision, leaving the hearing Officer presiding over it with no choice. His client lost. Thanks Matt it was truly a pleasure having your help.

Matt acomes across as an intelligent and agressive lawyer, but is only an expert on knowing how to bill clients for him wasting time on useless actions. I have used 10+ lawyers in my lifetime and Matt is the worst. A lot of good lawyers in Edm. Don't waste your time on this guy. He will bill you to death and you will end up in the same spot you started with.

You have to run away from Matt Pruski as fast as you can. My experience was incredibly negative. We He answers questions with exactly what we, clients, want to hear, but once he has your money, you have be prepare add more and more. It is very unethical say nasty comments about his clients and apparently he is good at it. Find another attorney.

Very disappointed. I know what makes a good attorney. If you are so unfortunate as to come across Matt Pruski, protect yourself at all costs.
He is unethical and crooked. Just call around and ask!

Talks the talk but can't walk the walk. Worst mistake I ever made hiring him he cost me more on research for my case but in first meeting said he knew it all. His assistant is a horrible rude woman. Stay away from this law firm

Mr. Pruski is an affable enough of a person but there is room for him to improve as a lawyer. There is very little communication and he will delay matters for an unreasonable amount of time.

Great person, but lacks the fight I need for my court case. I get the feeling that he doesn't really care. My family depends on his tenacity and I find it very frustrating that he's not doing more!
