I have used Lee Lederman several times. He closed four houses for my and my mother, for whom I had power of attorney. He also averted a foreclosure on my home, for which I am eternally grateful. His cost was very reasonable and did not take advantage of my desperate situation, as other attorneys have. When I first contacted Lee, I had been to two other attorneys. One was ineffective and the seller wound up ripping me off because he was inattentive and his paralegal did everything. The second tried to practically steal a house out from under me and flip it for himself. Lee resolved all issues, including the damage done by the other attorney, and everything went smoothly. I have recommended him highly to others, and will never use another attorney in this field.

They do not respond promptly to client's email or phone calls. They do not do good job and paralegal are very rude. They think they are doing some favor to you. Never choose this attorney for any kind of cases or purchases.
