I hired this attorney a month after my accident. This attorney never communicated with me or calls me back. They were trying to close my case to find out they didnt even have all my medical bills even though I had been sending them copies of everything. Ive been trying to call them for over a month and they have not responded to my phone calls. I am trying to get a copy of my file and they won't give it to me. I am getting letters from collections agencies for all my medical bills with no help from the attorney. I wish I had never hired attorney cariglia they have done nothing but wasted my time and allowed my medical bills to send for collections.

As result of an accident with a commercial truck, I suffered a severe (lifelong) injury that required emergency surgery by a specialist, with a 2 night stay in the hospital... I consulted the firm about a claim. They said we had a great case, and the owner, Atty. Cariglia wanted to personally take the case. I thought- Great! I was told they would "send a Letter of Demand (LOD), and take it from there." Outcome- After almost 3 months and several phone calls later, we were told they 'wanted nothing to do with the case'. I was completely baffled. At this point, all I wanted was my file and a different Atty... Skip forward a few months. FINALLY got a copy of the letter or demand, the one they kept saying they never had... Found out the 'letter of demand' had completely wrong info about what happened, wrong place, wrong accident. The only thing right was the names. THEN- to top it off, they missed the staue of limitations!?! AND- he advertises himself, an 'Expert Personal Injury Attorney'
