I had this attorney represent me and after 2.5 years nothing happened...he didn't want to "get his gunpowder wet." I finally obtained another attorney and after two months the case was resolved and the worst part was this attorney could have done what the second did. I will never use this attorney again or recommend him to anyone, not unless they like paying an arm and a leg for nothing.

I disagree with the other reviewer. Mr. Gaarder did everything possible to get my case resolved without nickel and diming me for everything. Mr. Gaarder was upfront about his fees and his expectations that he expected to get paid for his work. He was always willing to work with me on my balance. Mr. Gaarder also kept me well-informed of what was happening with my case and why he was providing the advice he was. If Mr. Gaarder didn't know the answer to a question, he was honest, told me he didn't know the answer, and did whatever it took to find the answer in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Gaarder to all of my friends and relatives if they had problems and needed help.

Only out to make a quick buck off his customers. Over charges for anything he does and wont work to get your case resovled if it doesnt get him paid.
