Mistakes, argumentative, questionable billing practices, I felt like she was working for my husband's interests,she denies everything that makes her look unprofessional, unethical and I question her integrity. Paid thousands of dollars and never even got a correct financial statement

This lawyer is causing me legal fees for her absolute stupidity. Her client was owed money by our home builder and in turn registered a lien against my property AFTER our home closed!!we have had no dealings with her client and cannot believe that you would go ahead and register a lien on someone's home without proof of contract by a vendor or actually reading the construction act properly. I am beyond angry and frustrated with her ignorance

I too have a bad experience with Ali Nowak, i interviewed 3 lawyeres before choosing her. I chose poorly! Emails left unanswered, papers not filed, papers not served, i had no choice but to find better representation

Ditto for me on the other rating here, I have found exactly the same thing to the letter and can add this, she contact my ex's lawyer and agreed to sit down to settle with missing information they refused to supply and without contacting me and never discussed where we were at with things. She was my second lawyer as I needed one in town and now must find another to handle my case before she totally screws up everything

Ms. Nowak represented me for approx. 1 year and did nothing for me whatsoever. She was very cold and she gave me the impression that I was wasting her time. Phone and email messages went unanswered for months at a time. All I was requiring was a simple legal separation, child custody and child support. I am now seeking new legal counsel for the 3rd time as again, with Ms. Nowak, no resolution for me and no legal guidance. Extremely disappointed and leg down
