Mr Herold represented me in real estate and thought I would have him represent me for my separation, custody and child access. He represented me for approx. 3 yrs with no resolution, not even a legal separation. When FRO contacted him to let him know that my file had expired and that he should contact me and issue a new order through the courts for my child support, I did not even receive a phone/email from him. I found out when payments stopped and I contacted FRO who then relayed the information to me. My emails and messages went unanswered for months at a time! I was left to fend for myself with no legal support or guidance whatsoever. Extremely let down and very disappointed
