Tully Rinckey is a firm founded by our nation's heroes (service members). The law firm has taken the same values that worked for the military and applied them to their business. Greg Rinckey is a smart lawyer dedicated to his practice. I highly recommend him / the firm.

According to "Inc. 5000", since being founded in 2003, this company has grown 313% with 45 employees. In 2006, this company reported $1.2 million in revenues. In 2009, their revenues grew to $5 million. You can't get those returns from the stock market, but you can get them from over billing your clients. This company should be audited to determine if the fees they charge are all legit!

I advise you not to pay a consultation fee up front to Tully Rinckey PLLC in Albany, NY. I paid $150 to talk to an attorney about my case and agreed to do it as a phone consult.
I'm not sure if I even talked to a real attorney. He certainly didn't introduce himself by the same name as the person I was told I was going to have the phone consult with.
Also, he had no ideas for my case that I didn't already know about. This resulted in a short 20 minute consult that left me in a no better situation than I am already in.
My advise for those of you considering using this firm is to get a face to face consult and to not pay any money up front. It is a lot of money to gamble.
