This guy is a lying manipulative "cockaroach" when put under light he runs, from his paying clients. He force fed a plea on my husband which we never agreed on, and when asked why he would tell us to do such a thing he responded "so he will home by Christmas" but instead is serving a 80 year sentence for a crime he didn't commit, smiled as he took my money straight to the bank. Showing up in court in the clothes I provided for my husband to wear, who does that? Then has the audacity to be in the hallway high fiving the D.A. He has no remorse for his behavior, how does this man sleep at night.

Horrible!!!! Do not use this attorney if you expect results! Does not return calls, did nothing for my case and still charged me and no refund. Will be seeking other means to report his lack of performance.

I was referred to this attorney , and he just did nothing for my case please beware he doesnt have your best interest he'll take your money ....please do no hire this attorney i believe he is a crook, and nothing but a crook, i am filiing a complaint with state bar on this attorney to get my money back!!

Retained 12/09 for $2500; appeared desparate for cash as he called repeatedly to confirm i was bringing retainer. Once received, i provided a 60-day grace period for results. Told me he had contacted DCSS services on behalf in San Diego county and things were progressing. Ultimate discovery by 9/10 through SD DCSS that he had in fact never contacted them. CLIENT'S BEWARE !!!
