I hired Mr. Vertucci to help in a custody situation and was very pleased. His knowlege of the law, the court system, and avenues to resolve my problems were great. Stephen was willing to listen to me and my concerns and created a plan to achive the desired results. Although I felt (at the time) he could have been more agressive, he calmed me down, had patience, and things could not have worked out better for the kids and me. Stephen's paralegals are very professional and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and take care of business if Stephen was in court or preparing for a hearing. Stephen was very professional, yet was compassionate. He was aware of my finacial situation and at the end of the process knew I could handle finishing things, withdrew as my attorney and I saved a couple thousand dollars. He could have easily stayed on and charged me a lot more than he did. In short, Stephen and his staff were professional, compassionate, knowlegeable, and successful.

After dealing with 3 incompetent attorneys, Mr. Vertucci was a breath of fresh air. He was the ONLY attorney who was communicative about my case and respectful of my financial resources. He also found errors committed by my previous attorneys that were very costly in my case. He is well respected in the courtrooms of Colorado by other attorneys and judges as a strong litigator. I felt very secure having him represent my case. In addition, my ex (aided by his own sleaze attorney), did everything in his power to drag out my case and try to run up my fees. Mr. Vertucci saw right through these tactics, and was able to get some of my fees reimbursed through the court. As far as these other "raters" are concerned, I don't believe their commentary is valid. People are quick to complain, and too few compliment. If you are looking for a family law attorney anywhere in Colorado, but especially Northern Colorado- he is the only one you will need to consider.
