OLDER guy was recommended to me thru a friend and the suggestion of another local attorney. The charge was close to 3500.00 with the anticipation of reducing my $ies to X wife, whom I was paying half of my income Mo. We went to court and he told me to just answer the questions and not to elaborate with judge or other atty. I followed his suggestion. Long and short, he let the other atty. walk all over him and seemed as if he was terrified of the woman judge. I was very unhappy with the end results. just recently, 1.5 yrs. after this fiasco , he calls out of the blue and comments about the appeals deadline ending. and suggest I still owe him $94. His communication with me was "O" until this appeals almost 1.5yrs ago -deadline was imminent. seemingly, so he can get his lousy$ 94.00 or better yet sucker me for another $3000.00 + to do more of his usual paerwork and collect his fees. No longer a pitbull but now a whimp. So sad that he has gone down hill and has no desire to fight anymore. Just wants to drag it out and get as much money as possible and then just make an easy and unfair settlement. Never would I recommend him. Rude, unprofessional and poor example for this firm.

He has no passion for his job anymore. Retirement is a better option for him. He does not care about his clients or their best interests. He's demeaning and rude.
