In open court Amina Khan not once but twice divulged confidential information to the state attorney and Judge Geoffrey Cohen. Information that I specifically told her not to. The information was to remain strictly confidential between myself, as the defendant and her, as my defense attorney.Because of her gross negligence it cost me 9 months of my life. The Florida Bar Association has not and will not do anything to reprimand her regarding this breech of the client/lawyer confidentiality privilege. Even considering the fact that she did it in open court on two separate occasions recorded both on audio and video as well as included in the court transcript.
