Jon has been representing my case for almost 2 years now. He is extremely professional and I do not have one complaint about the services he has provided. My case was very delicate, it involved paternity and custody of my infant son (who is now in my custody). He truly believes in my case and I would highly recomend his services to anyone looking for an attorney.

Jon Lydell is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I know. He also has excellent people skills and a great personality. He has helped our family through a case that had the most litigous attorneys in town as opposing counsel. I won't say names but they are known for their unethical practices. I would recommend Jon Lydell to ANY individual that is going through a difficult family law case as he and his staff have proven to be more than fair and experienced.

Jon has been helping me through my case for FIVE YEARS. I went from having next to zero contact with my kids who were moved out of state by their mom to having primary custody of my oldest and fair time share with my youngest. He has stuck with me for the duration as have I with him. He has never hesitated to tell me when I expect too much and has never pushed me into unecessary conflict. He has been more than fair with billings.

I have unfortunately been through a few divorce lawyers until I found Jon, given to me as a reference from a friend who had also used him. Mine was a complicated/complex support issue that involved quickly attaching a large sum of money. Jon was instrumental in making this happen. He has always been understanding of my financial state and sometimes worked out of the kindness of his heart. He is a very good christian man who treated me with compassion and care, and was very professional in the court room, respectful of the judge, but stood his ground as my lawyer.

I must start this out with I was on the other side of Mr. Lydell. I have done much research on divorce during the case and read that when you have kids a conflict attorney is exactly what you want to avoid. This is what he added to the table. Constant fabrications and stories that were unfounded and meant to get two people that could have been civil to attack each other. My attorney said there was a true lack of professionalism and to resolve matters was nearly impossible. This is a time when people are most vulnerable and easily swayed to put better judgment aside. When you have children they should come first. A true christian attorney would understand this and his actions would speak that. But I guess if you place the fish on advertisements that will do.
