Marilyn was tasked with our new home purchase as well as the sale of our old home both of which closed on the same day.Real estate transactions can be stressful but Marilyn made it her mission to make sure everything was done correctly not only to her satisfaction but to ours as well. She also prepared our Wills and Powers Of Attorney. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything clearly in terms that are easy to understand. I was very pleased with the work that Marilyn did for me. She worked on 2 separate deals for me, and in both cases circumstances required the deals to be closed earlier than anticipated. Marilyn, without hesitation, quickly adjusted the documents and had everything ready in a timely manner. Marilyn Krol handled my real estate transactions that were necessary as part of my divorce. She also prepared a new will and powers of attorney for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, as well as a pleasure to meet with. Although she wasn’t my lawyer for my separation agreement I found her knowledge of divorce law to be an asset. As my real estate lawyer she advised me, secured title insurance for me, and filed the land transfer. She also phoned my mortgage specialist at my bank (long distance while she was on vacation) when he suggested I may need someone else to be on the deed with me. She was able to convince the mortgage specialist to approach his superiors to ask for special consideration of my situation. Her tenacity resulted in me being the sole owner as planned. Thank you! Marilyn represented me with my real estate and being new to all of this and having 2 very difficult closings she was there every step of the way helping me understand things and making sure I wasnt going to be taken advantage of. I completed a real estate transaction using the services of Krol & Krol and specifically Marilyn Krol. The service I received was excellent. There were a number of complications with my transaction (that I found out were actually done by my previous solicitor). Marilyn fixed all my problems and dealt with my matter in a courteous and professional manner. She was even able to meet me on the weekends and after hours so that I could work around my work schedule. My matter was successfully completed and the fees were more than fair (given the time I know she expended). Would absolutely recommend!
