If you want to know what type of Attorney Sean is, then the public records speak for themself. My son was locked up for one year illegally, while the public defender told him to take a plea. By the grace of God, I accidentally met Sean when visiting my son in jail. I briefly explained the situation and within a month, my son's charges were dropped from first degree felony down to third degree. I usually do not respect attorneys because I consider them to be liars and lazy! Sean, is the exception to my rule. He has been there for me and my son and is so prompt in returning my calls. He is not a money hungry attorney and is driven by his knowledge and accomplishments. I will never use another attorney again. Why? I already have the best!

I really would not believe any of these ratings but the good ones i hire Sean for every single issue i have and he has never let me down one time, so for anyone to say anything bad about Sean Coccia is a liar. Sean is a great lawyer and I trust Sean with my life weather its legal help whatever Sean has never let me down. Hes the reason Im able to type this review.

Sean Coccia has to be one of the best lawyer in broward county, I retained Sean for a two burglarys of a dwelling cases with two grand thefts while out on bond I caught a 1st degree burglary battery case and a Strong armed robbery case, Sean coccia got me on on pre trial release. Thanks to him and his assistant; I'm better off! I am more than pleased with his representation. His knowledge with the case and his likable personality are exactly what I expect from my lawyer. He seemed to have a great relationship with all courtroom staff! That's very important in any case. His assistant rocks and their level of proffesionalism left me very satisfied. I have used this attorney for a family member who was in rock court. My family member was charge with arm robbery with a deadly weapon, with these serious charges, I researched a lot of attorneys. One wanted ten thousand dollars. My Coccia got it down to petty theft and had us make payment. His price was reasonable for the charges. I was pretty happy with the outcome

Use this attorney. He is awesome. When i was searching for an attorney for my DUI i knew it needed to be someone who is known in the courthouse. This man knows everyone! He has a great report with judges. I got a great deal no jail time just probation. He also handled my wifes accident tickets and got them all dismissed. I will never use anyone else.

Sean is a great attorney he always gets me out of my mess no matter what the case is. The cops are always harassing me and he never fails to get me out of it. Also, he is the most reasonable priced attorney in Broward County!

BEST FORECLOSURE ATTORNEY EVER!! Due to my financial hardship when the ecomony fell I was not able to pay my mortgage. He saved my home! not only did I live in my home for 2 years without paying the bank. He was able to get the bank to agree to waive their interest and what I owed for the 2 years I was actually in the home. Foreclosure GURU!

Hiring Mr. Coccia was the best decision I ever made! I am a self employed truck driver and got two speeding tickets from a police officer who has it in for me. Getting any type of moving violation is detrimental to my livelihood. I could lose my CDL and my insurance premiums would go sky high which could possible put me out of business. Not good considering I am the breadwinner of the family. Mr. Coccia told me he would be able to get the tickets reduced to improper equipment which would not affect my license or insurance rates and he did just that! He also gave me free unsolicited advise on my recourse with the police officer that keeps pulling me over. If the police officer continues to harass me I will definitely hire Mr. Coccia. Finally, as a side note, I called around to other attorneys and their prices were at least $200.00 or more higher than Mr. Coccia...an added bonus for me!!! I would highly recommend Mr. Coccia.

He is really a very bad lawyer. He shows up late to court. Never ever answers or returns phone calls. His assistance gets upset if you call the office to find out what going on. She is very mean and never returns calls. After he takes the payment, he does not care.

sean is a total waste of time. He misrepresented my niece and cost us a lot of time and money for nothing. He shows up late or not at all for court, is unprepared. He asked us for more money for depositions, never did them, pocketed the money and then offered my niece a bad deal from the state. He does not return phone calls and should be avoided at all costs.

I've got a pretty good record but made the mistake of letting the wrong person in my car. I got stopped for speeding and a pasenger threw his drugs under the seat of my car. They searched my car and I was arrested with felony possession. All the attorneys I checked wanted like 2 grand up front and said it may end up costing 4 or 5 grand in the end. I didnt have that kind of money. I went to Mr Coccia s office and he did a payment plan with me. I got no felony, no posession, no probation nothing. I paid a speeding ticket and that was it. The whole thing ended up costin me 1/2 of what everyone else quoted me. I owe my reputation to Mr Coccia and I learned a valuable lesson in who I hang out with and let in my car. Thank you MR Coccia

First of all, I'm not a review type of guy but I felt compelled to write this one.
I moved to Fort Lauderdale from Chicago not long ago and without going into details I was in need of a good attorney. I really needed one that was good in the court room. There are a few high profiled, high priced ones down here that I was seriously considering retaining. A friend told me about Sean Coccia. I had not heard of him and he was not listed as a "hired gun" type which is what I really needed. I called Seans office and went in for a free consultation. Sean was very knowledgable and I felt good about my case and I retained him. He did all his research on the case. We went to court. I can't express what went on in the court room. This guy was amazing! I needed a non-timid aggresive type and that's what I got....the oppositon was visually intimidated . I won the case. Bottom line: be it a traffic ticket or my lifes on the line I'm going to Sean. I. Highly recommend him.

Sean Coccia is an amazing attorney. I am familiar with a case he worked on involving 2 counts of attempted murder, discharge of a firearm from a moving vehicle, dicharsge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling, and there were a couple other serious felony charges as well. He ended up getting the attempted murder charges downfiled and somehow got around Florida's mandatory prison for the firearm charges. He got his client PROBATION AND WITHHOLDS!!!! I didn't even know that was possible. He is a great attorney and he is also a wonderful person. He helps people who cannot afford a private attorney by offering them greatly reduced prices, and also offers payment plans. I would recommend this attorney whole-heartedly! I would give Sean any legal matter I have and intend on using him as my future attorney for any problem I encounter. It is great to meet a lawyer that is humble and actually CARES about his clients. God bless him.
